You will work closely with market-leading partners on a broad spectrum of fund formation and regulatory matters. This role offers an excellent platform to lead complex transactions, manage high-stakes investor negotiations, and directly influence the expansion of a premium regional practice.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesFund Structuring & Formation: Formulate, draft, and launch alternative investment funds, private equity funds, venture capital vehicles, and real estate funds across core regional and international jurisdictions.Jurisdictional Expertise: Leverage deep local experience to seamlessly navigate and establish fund structures within the DIFC (DFSA) and ADGM (FSRA) financial centers.Transactional & Investor Relations: Draft, review, and negotiate bespoke side letters.
