قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجSenior Furniture Projects Sales & Design ManagerJob Location: Khobar, Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Furniture Projects Sales & Design Manager with a strong track record in the Saudi Arabian furniture, interior design, and fit-out market.The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven professional with strong technical and design understanding, capable of independently developing new project opportunities and managing the complete commercial cycle from initial client engagement through design coordination, technical review, pricing, negotiation, contract award, and handover for execution.The role will focus primarily on B2B and project-based furniture sales, including hospitality, corporate offices, healthcare, real estate developments, and large commercial or residential projects.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES1. Business Development & Project AcquisitionIdentify, develop, and secure new furniture and interior-related project opportunities.Proactively generate business rather than relying only on incoming enquiries.Build and maintain relationships with:Real estate developers.Hotel owners and operators.Hospitals and healthcare groups.Corporate clients.Main contractors.Fit-out contractors.Consultants.Architects and interior designers.Procurement departments.Develop a strong network of decision-makers and project influencers across the Saudi market.Maintain visibility of upcoming projects and relevant market opportunities.Achieve assigned project sales and revenue targets.2. Client Consultation & Requirements AnalysisMeet clients and key stakeholders to understand project requirements.Assess budget, design intent, functionality, specifications, delivery requirements, and project timelines.Translate customer requirements into commercially and technically viable furniture solutions.Advise clients on suitable furniture systems, materials, fabrics, finishes, and specifications.Present concepts and recommendations professionally to clients, consultants, and project teams.3. Furniture, FF&E & Joinery SolutionsManage and sell projects involving:FF&E.Custom-Made Furniture.Joinery.Office Furniture.Hotel Furniture.Healthcare Furniture.Kitchens.Wardrobes and Storage Systems.Sofas and Upholstered Furniture.Reception Areas.Meeting Rooms.Executive Offices.Loose Furniture.Built-In Furniture.Other customized furnishing solutions.4. Technical & Design CoordinationReview architectural and interior design drawings.Read and interpret project specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).Review furniture layouts, dimensions, materials, finishes, and technical requirements.Support the development of concepts and furniture solutions based on project requirements.Coordinate closely with internal designers and technical teams.Ensure commercial proposals accurately reflect technical requirements.Identify discrepancies or missing information before quotations or production.Participate in value engineering when required to achieve client budgets while maintaining acceptable quality.5. Tender, RFQ & RFP ManagementMonitor relevant tenders and project opportunities.Review RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial submissions.Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, commercially viable, and submitted within deadlines.Manage client clarifications and tender-related correspondence.Follow up proposals consistently through the evaluation and negotiation stages.6. Pricing & Commercial ProposalsCoordinate with costing, procurement, design, and production teams to prepare accurate quotations.Understand project cost structure, material costs, manufacturing requirements, logistics, and installation costs.Protect required project margins during pricing and negotiation.Prepare and present professional technical and commercial proposals.Negotiate pricing, scope, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.Obtain required internal approvals for discounts or non-standard commercial terms.Close project opportunities and secure signed contracts or purchase orders.7. Sales Pipeline ManagementMaintain a structured and accurate project sales pipeline.Track every opportunity from lead generation through qualification, quotation, negotiation, and award.Prioritize opportunities based on probability, strategic importance, value, and expected closing date.Maintain accurate project forecasts.Report pipeline movement, expected awards, risks, and lost opportunities to management.Ensure consistent follow-up with all active prospects.8. Contract & Project HandoverEnsure contractual scope, specifications, commercial terms, and client requirements are clearly documented.Coordinate handover of awarded projects to execution, production, procurement, and project management teams.Support project teams with commercial and client-related clarifications.Follow project progress after award to ensure customer expectations are properly managed.Assist in resolving commercial or specification-related issues during project execution.Maintain client relationships after award to support future business opportunities.9.
