Furniture Factory manager

Role Desc</strong>ription The Furniture Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in an on-site facility located in Riyadh. This full-time role includes organizing production schedules, supervising production teams, monitoring equipment and materials, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The manager coordinates with procurement, logistics, and design teams to meet delivery timelines and production targets. This role also involves tracking performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and implementing best practices in factory management. The manager is expected to lead by example, support staff development, and maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant work environment.Qualifications Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows, allocate resources, and meet output targets.Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications, safety requirements, and customer standards.Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation.Ability to analyze production data, manage budgets, and use basic manufacturing or ERP software tools.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to furniture manufacturing.Previous experience in factory or plant management, ideally within furniture or related industries.Relevant diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Riyadh.•Experience in furniture is a MUST
