Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, Projects). Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI reporting, and Fusion data models. Expertise in BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions. Experience with Fusion integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and web services. Hands-on experience with Sandbox customizations, Page Composer, and Application Composer. Strong knowledge of data migration, data conversion, and reconciliation activities. Understanding of Fusion Security, Roles, Data Access Sets, and Privileges. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and middleware technologies. Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and technical solutioning skills. Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders. Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance technical solutions. Architect and oversee development of BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts. Provide technical leadership for Fusion Finance implementations, enhancements, and support activities. Review and approve technical designs, coding standards, and solution architecture. Lead integration design and development using REST/SOAP services, OIC, and middleware technologies. Manage data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and reporting activities across finance modules. Drive sandbox customizations and UI enhancements using Page Composer and Application Composer. Collaborate with functional leads, business users, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with security standards, performance optimization, and data governance requirements. Support SIT, UAT, production migration, cutover, and go-live activities. Mentor technical team members and conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment documents, and support artifacts. Manage technical risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.Preferred: Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation experience. Experience in banking/financial services domain. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience is an added advantage.
