Nothing is not my work and we go above and beyond to ensure quality and impact Transparency: We communicate transparently, especially when stakes are high and act consistently across situations and peopleKey ResponsibilitiesGallery Operations & AdministrationAssist with the day-to-day operations of the gallery and ensure the space is well-presented and visitor-ready.Support opening and closing procedures, visitor management, and general gallery coordination.Maintain records, files, artwork documentation, and other gallery-related information.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine gallery requirements.Support compliance with gallery guidelines, health, safety, and security procedures.Visitor & Client RelationsWelcome and assist visitors, collectors, artists, and other guests professionally.Provide basic information about exhibitions, artists, and artworks to visitors.Assist the gallery team in responding to client enquiries and maintaining regular follow-ups.Support preparation of artwork details, proposals, quotations, invoices, and other client-related documents.Maintain and update visitor and client databases as required.Sales SupportAssist the Gallery Manager and sales team in art sales activities and client follow-ups.Support the preparation of artwork presentations, price lists, availability details, and sales-related documentation.Coordinate internally to ensure smooth processing of artwork sales and client requests.Assist with maintaining records of enquiries, leads, sales, and client interactions.Exhibitions & EventsSupport the installation and de-installation of exhibitions under the guidance of the Gallery Manager and curatorial team.Assist with exhibition openings, artist talks, workshops, walkthroughs, and other gallery events.Coordinate with artists, curators, vendors, and other stakeholders for event-related requirements.Ensure exhibition spaces are properly prepared before events and maintained during gallery hours.Assist in managing guest lists, registrations, invitations, and event logistics.Audience Engagement & Marketing SupportAssist in implementing initiatives to increase gallery visitors and audience engagement.Support guided walkthroughs, open studios, collaborations, and other visitor engagement activities.Assist with collecting visitor feedback and maintaining attendance records.Support the team with basic content, photography, documentation, and communication requirements for exhibitions and events.Represent the gallery professionally when interacting with visitors, partners, and external stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Arts Management, Business, or a related field preferred.Min 3 years if Experience in a gallery, museum, cultural organization, hospitality, luxury retail, or a customer-facing environment.Strong interest in contemporary art and willingness to learn about artists, artworks, and the art market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of Excel is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented approach.Willingness to work during exhibition openings, events, weekends, and art fairs when required.Work ScheduleDays: 5.5 Days WorkingHours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility required during exhibition openings, special events, and art fairs.Key AttributesThe ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, presentable, curious about art, and comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities while working collaboratively with the gallery team
