All JMM eyewear is ethically sourced and produced with the utmost respect for industry partners' environment and wellbeing.About The RoleThe Jacques Marie Mage Gallery Director is tasked with driving a culture of excellence by leading and developing a highly motivated team while ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand’s luxury heritage and craftsmanship. You will represent the Jacques Marie Mage brand story on the sales floor, engaging with clients to deliver personalized, high-touch service. In collaboration with the Retail Director, you will oversee store operations, sales performance, and brand representation, ensuring the gallery meets its business goals while maintaining the highest standards of service and aesthetics.Responsibilities DELIVERY OF PERFORMANCE & KPI’S Lead by example to foster growth and development of retail teams to achieve Gallery goalsEnsure daily Policy & Procedures and checklists are being adhered toKPI’s: appointment business, conversion, ATV & UPTStrategic business analysis supported by weekly and monthly reporting to achieve resultsClient Relationship Management Client ExperienceDrive performance through client experience & CRMEnsure consistent delivery of client experience OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Ensure operational excellence standards are adhered toGallery maintenance and aesthetic is consistently maintainedManage T&A, scheduling, and payrollInventory management and KPIs TEAM DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING Maintain and ignite a positive team culture within the GalleryEnsure the team consistently represents JMM as a brand ambassadorExude brand and product knowledge through storytellingIdentify key areas for improvement and development Key Requirements3-5 years store management experienceExperience in a luxury environmentProficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and ShopifyImpeccable speaking and communication skillsMaintains an entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship mentalityAbility to work under pressure and multitaskExperience working in a client based businessOptician license is a plus Equal Opportunity Statement Jacques Marie Mage is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and thrive.
