Each Client is invited to discover the world of Fueguia through a highly personal and sensorial experience.For our Madison Avenue Gallery in New York, we are looking for a Gallery Store Manager who will lead the team, preserve and elevate the unique Fueguia experience, and contribute to the continued growth of the business across retail and e-commerce operations in the US market.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial and operational leadership with a genuine passion for perfume, craftsmanship, and storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, coach and develop the Madison Avenue team, including hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.Ensure high standards of client experience, product storytelling and visual presentation.Manage team scheduling, payroll hours and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Support staffing and initiatives across Madison Avenue and Soho galleries.Sales & Business PerformanceOwn gallery sales performance and drive results against targets.Lead by example on the sales floor and support high-value client relationships.Partner with the Retail & Operations Director on business reviews and activations.Business DevelopmentIdentify strategic partnerships to increase visibility, traffic and sales.Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses and develop potential Gallery events and in-store partnership opportunities.Financial & Operations ManagementMonitor gallery costs, profitability and financial performance against budget.Support product forecasting, ordering and inventory planning.Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, transfers, receiving and limited-edition allocations.Ensure compliance with cash handling, loss prevention and operational procedures.E-CommerceOversee US e-commerce fulfillment and act as escalation point for order-related issues.Liaise with HQ and Shopify operations to resolve fulfillment and inventory issues.Who We Are Looking ForMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze business performance and identify new growth opportunities.Strong leadership, coaching, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Experience with e-commerce operations or order management is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong technical skills.Shopify experience is a plus.Professional presentation consistent with Fueguia 1833's luxury client experience and brand standards.Genuine interest in perfume, storytelling and artisanal craftsmanship strongly preferred.Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.Availability to work weekends and holidays is required, with evening availability as needed to support the full gallery schedule.LanguagesEnglish: fluent / required.Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.What We OfferAnnual salary of $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience.Group commission structure.401(k).Health insurance package.Paid Time Off (PTO).Employee discount.Deep and structured training in the world of Fueguia and perfume creation, developing strong knowledge of perfumes, raw materials, olfactory culture, Fueguia's history, philosophy and distinctive approach to creation.Continuous learning and development opportunities to strengthen both perfume expertise and leadership and client advisory skills.Career growth opportunities within Fueguia, including potential international development opportunities across our global Gallery network.The opportunity to become part of a distinctive international perfume laboratory and artistic project and build a long-term career within a growing global environment.A highly client-focused and entrepreneurial environment where individual contribution can make a visible impact.Contract & Working ScheduleContract: Full-TimeSchedule: Management schedule includes Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts.
