🚨 We're Hiring: Live Game Presenter – Romania📍 Location: Romania💼 Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for confident and professional Live Game Presenters to join our team in Romania.In this role, you will host live online game sessions, interact with international players in English, and ensure that each game round is conducted accurately and professionally according to company procedures.No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesHost live online game sessions, including card games and roulette.Communicate professionally with players throughout live sessions.Open and close betting rounds, present games, and announce results.Follow standardized game procedures and ensure accurate game rounds.Handle playing cards according to internal procedures, including shuffling, sorting, checking, and replacement when required.Monitor studio and technical equipment and promptly report any issues.Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with operational and technical teams.Participate in training, assessments, performance reviews, and special game sessions as required.Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, integrity, and game conduct.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Good spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.Comfortable working in front of a camera.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.Responsible, reliable, and disciplined working attitude.Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Basic technical awareness and ability to identify and report equipment or system issues.Willingness to participate in continuous training, assessments, and performance evaluations.Working ShiftsThe position operates on a rotating shift schedule:🕕 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM🕑 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM🌙 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMWhat We Offer💰 Net Salary: 4,000 RON/month🎯 Monthly Performance Bonus: upto 1,000 RON✨ Comprehensive onboarding and training✨ International working environment✨ Professional studio environment✨ Career development opportunities✨ Structured performance evaluation and development
