Gas Station Supervisor - Dubai

Petrol Station / Branch Supervisor – Key DutiesTake complete responsibility for the daily operations of the station.Manage and supervise approximately 40–50 staff across different service areas.Prepare and manage staff duty schedules, shifts, attendance and manpower allocation.Regularly walk the floor and ensure staff are disciplined, productive and properly allocated.Manage daily vehicle flow and avoid unnecessary waiting time or congestion.Handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalations professionally.Monitor daily sales and branch targets and actively work on improving sales.Ensure staff are properly upselling relevant services and products.Monitor inventory and stock availability and report shortages on time.Coordinate with Operations, HR, Accounts, Procurement and Management whenever required.Check the overall cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of the station.Ensure equipment and service areas are operational and immediately report breakdowns/issues.Monitor cash/POS/billing procedures and escalate any discrepancies.Ensure company SOPs, safety requirements and operational standards are followed.Conduct regular/random checks across all service areas.Resolve operational and staff issues immediately rather than waiting for management intervention.Submit daily/weekly updates on sales, staff, customer issues, maintenance and operational concerns.Take ownership of the station and ensure smooth operations from opening through closing.
