The Gastroenterologist will diagnose and manage conditions related to the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and related organs, providing outpatient consultations and inpatient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing endoscopic procedures, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in case discussions, and adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The Gastroenterologist will also provide patient education, maintain accurate medical records, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical services.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized expertise in Gastroenterology.Proficiency in Endoscopy, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.Clinical experience in Hepatology for the management of liver-related conditions.Knowledge of Capsule Endoscopy and related advanced diagnostic techniques.Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with DrNB/DM or equivalent specialization in Gastroenterology.Valid medical registration/license as per local regulations.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
