Gastroenterology, Hepatology Physician (open rank)

The University of Miami Health System is initiating a search for a Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist (open rank).The physician in the clinical track is responsible for providing direct inpatient and outpatient care to Hepatology patients at UHealth Locations and Jackson Memorial Hospital. He/she will provide outpatient clinical and endoscopic services, as well as rounding/teaching on inpatients at UHealth Towers, and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Preferred physician who has experience as a Transplant Hepatologist.Essential Job Functions:Maintain outpatient clinical practice at Uhealth locations, UHealth Towers, and/or Satellite locations.Reading of Fibroscans .Rotate proportionate to other faculty on Hepatology inpatient and JMH teaching services. Qualifications:MD/DO Degree Required.
