Gelato Lab Assistant

MANNY'S Gelato is looking for motivated people to join the Production team of our new Artisanal Gelato Laboratory at Expo Village, Dubai. We are located approximately two minutes walking distance from Expo Metro Station ; Parking is available inside the Residence parking area.The selected candidates will be trained in our Italian artisanal production techniques and will work directly inside our Laboratory. Salary: AED 2,500 per month Main Responsibilities: Assisting with daily artisanal gelato production.Learning Manny’s Gelato recipes and production techniques.Preparing and processing fresh fruit and ingredients.Supporting the preparation of Gelato , cakes and desserts.Basic Pastry preparation.Receiving, storing and organizing raw materials.Stock rotation and basic inventory management.Cleaning and Sanitizing equipment and working areas. Following HACCP and food safety procedures.What we are looking for: Previous experience in Pastry, Bakery, Kitchen or food production is preferred.Basic Pastry skills are strong advantage.Good manual skills and attention to detail.Strong hygiene standards.Willingness to learn professional Italian Artisanal Gelato production.Reliability, organization and ability to work in a team.Basic/Good English communications skills.Previous Gelato-making experience is not required. We are looking for people with the right attitude and food-production background who are willing to learn our techniques and grow Professionally with the company.The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in artisanal gelato production, ingredient preparation, pastry applications, food safety and laboratory organization.
