Title: GenAI EngineerJob SummaryWe are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate Generative AI solutions into applications and business processes. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, and machine learning concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).Build and test prompt engineering techniques for different use cases.Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using company documents and knowledge bases.Integrate AI models through APIs such as OpenAI or other LLM providers.Work with vector databases for storing and searching document embeddings.Develop Python-based AI applications and automation workflows.Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality.Perform data preprocessing, document processing, and text extraction.Work with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deploy AI solutions.Stay updated with new developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI tools.Required SkillsPython programmingBasic Machine Learning / Deep Learning knowledgeUnderstanding of Generative AI and LLMsPrompt EngineeringUnderstanding of RAGExperience with REST APIsBasic knowledge of embeddings and vector databasesFamiliarity with tools such as:OpenAI / Azure OpenAILangChainLlamaIndexFAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar vector databasesBasic knowledge of Git and GitHubGood problem-solving and communication skillsGood to HaveKnowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExperience with DockerKnowledge of SQL and databasesFamiliarity with AI agents and tool callingBasic understanding of model evaluation and AI safetyExperience deploying Python applications using FastAPI or similar frameworksEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or Generative AI.
