Gen AI Instructor

About the role:We are looking for a Gen AI Instructor who can teach and mentor learners on Generative AI concepts, tools, frameworks, and applications. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and drive learners toward hands-on, industry-relevant outcomes.You will be responsible for conducting live sessions, designing practical exercises, evaluating learner performance, and mentoring participants through Gen AI projects and challenges.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, hands-on sessions on Generative AI and its applications.Teach concepts such as:Generative AI fundamentalsLLMs and foundation modelsPrompt engineeringAI agents and agentic workflowsRAG and vector databasesEmbeddings and semantic searchFine-tuning and model adaptationMultimodal AIAI APIs and integrationsResponsible and secure AIDemonstrate practical implementation using tools and frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.Design hands-on assignments, projects, challenges, and assessments.Mentor learners while they build Gen AI applications and prototypes.Evaluate learner submissions based on technical understanding, implementation, problem-solving, and application of Gen AI.Identify learning gaps and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated with developments in LLMs, AI agents, multimodal models, AI tools, and emerging Gen AI technologies.Collaborate with the internal team to develop industry-aligned Gen AI learning and readiness programs.Required Skills:Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.Practical experience with Python.Experience working with LLM APIs and AI application frameworks.Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.Ability to build or demonstrate working Gen AI applications.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills.Good to have:Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / Hugging Face.Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and agentic architectures.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience in designing technical assessments or coding challenges.Prior experience as an instructor, mentor, developer advocate, technical trainer, or educator.Experience building production-grade Gen AI solutions.Who should apply?Gen AI / AI Engineers who enjoy teaching and mentoring.Developers working extensively with LLMs and AI applications.AI professionals who can convert technical concepts into practical learning experiences.Technical trainers with strong hands-on Gen AI experience.Key Success Metrics:Learner engagement and session qualityAssessment and project completionLearner technical improvementQuality of projects/prototypes developedLearner readiness for Gen AI roles and industry challengesIdeal candidate: Someone who doesn't just teach Gen AI, but can build with it, explain it, and make learners build with it.
