The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering practical, engaging, and industry-focused training to working professionals, managers, and business leaders.Requirements• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry is mandatory.• Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience• Strong practical experience in:o Artificial Intelligenceo Machine Learningo Generative AIo Large Language Models (LLMs)o Cloud Technologieso Software Architectureo Enterprise Technology• Hands-on experience with real-world projects, enterprise implementations, architecture, deployments, or AI transformation initiatives.• Ability to share real industry experiences, challenges, failures, lessons learned, and practical use cases with learners.• Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and facilitation skills.• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to professionals, managers, and business leaders.• Comfortable conducting interactive, discussion-based, and practical learning sessions.Key Responsibilities• Deliver high-quality live training sessions on AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, Cloud, and related technologies.• Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.• Connect theoretical concepts with practical implementation and enterprise use cases.• Share relevant industry experiences and real-world examples to enhance learner understanding.• Encourage learner participation through discussions, questions, and practical examples.• Help learners understand current industry practices, challenges, and technology trends.• Design and deliver sessions aligned with professional and enterprise learning requirements.Ideal Candidate• An experienced technology professional who can combine deep industry knowledge with strong training and mentoring capabilities, helping learners understand not just what the technology is, but how it is actually used in the industry.
