About SkillsgainSkillsgain is an enterprise-focused AI and technology training company delivering customized learning programs across GenAI, AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud, and emerging technologies.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Generative AI Workflows SME with strong expertise in LLMs, AI-powered workflows, automation, prompt engineering, and enterprise GenAI applications. The SME will contribute to enterprise training, curriculum development, hands-on workshops, technical content, and client engagements.Key Responsibilities· Deliver instructor-led GenAI and AI Workflow training for enterprise professionals.· Design and review curriculum, presentations, labs, assessments, and case studies.· Develop practical AI workflows for business functions such as marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations, and customer support.· Design workflows using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation platforms, and AI tools.· Develop hands-on exercises covering prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and LLM applications.· Customize GenAI learning programs based on enterprise requirements.· Participate in client discussions, workshops, webinars, and technical demonstrations.· Stay updated with emerging GenAI models, tools, frameworks, and enterprise applications.Required Skills· Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI Workflows.· Experience with tools/frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar platforms.· Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, APIs, and workflow automation.· Familiarity with automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.· Basic understanding of Python and API integrations.· Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Qualifications· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.· 4–5 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in AI/GenAI.· Hands-on experience designing or implementing enterprise GenAI workflows.· Corporate training or consulting experience is preferred.· Relevant AI/Cloud certifications are an advantage.Ideal CandidateA GenAI professional who can combine technical expertise, workflow design, and enterprise training skills to convert business requirements into practical AI-powered workflows and learning experiences.Key Deliverables· Enterprise GenAI workflow training· AI workflow curriculum and technical content· Hands-on labs and real-world use cases· Prompt engineering and AI agent exercises· Client-specific GenAI programs· Workshops and webinars
