The team also works closely with fintech companies and strategic investment functions to identify and develop new opportunities aligned with business strategy.Job PurposeAs a GenAI GTM Product Manager, you will be responsible for building MVPs and scalable solutions leveraging the latest AI capabilities to deliver high-value products and use cases for the business.You will work collaboratively with AI, technology and business teams to identify opportunities, prioritise use cases and take GenAI solutions from concept through to implementation and adoption.Scope: GlobalKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement GenAI/LLM solutions across the Global Markets business, leveraging the latest AI technologies in collaboration with technical and business teams.Continuously monitor and improve the performance, adoption and usage of solutions throughout their lifecycle, using data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Contribute to the prioritisation of business use cases and allocation of resources across the GenAI product portfolio.Help establish and develop a team of GTM Product Managers, promoting strong product management practices and consistent execution of AI use cases.Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, capabilities and market developments.Work closely with the central AI/LLM Product team to shape future capabilities, remove blockers, identify improvements and maximise the reuse of existing solutions across business areas.Collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, AI and business functions to drive successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical discipline.Proven experience building and deploying technical solutions using emerging technologies, ideally including AI/GenAI.Strong programming and technical skills.Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and/or agentic AI use cases.Strong understanding of the concepts, architectures and algorithms underpinning modern LLMs.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business propositions.Experience taking technical products or solutions from experimentation/MVP through to production and adoption would be advantageous.
