The Position and Responsibilities:You call the shots on the backlog - You will own and prioritise the GenAI product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for engineering.You ship things that actually work -No shaky launches - you make sure everything's tested, validated, and ready for the real world before it goes liveYou coordinate delivery - across business, technology and vendor stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.You obsess over what happens after launch -Usage, performance, feedback — you're chasing real adoption, not just a shipped feature.What makes you a fit6+ years in product management, tech delivery, business analysis or digital transformation -banking/financial services experience is a big plusA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or something adjacentYou know your way around agile - backlogs, user stories, sprints.
