JOB DESCRIPTION1. Revenue & Cash Flow ManagementAccurately calculate and collect tuition fees, overtime/after-school fees, meal fees, and other charges on time and in compliance with regulations. Process industry-specific educational transactions such as course deferrals, refunds, fee transfers, or promotional/discount policies.Issue cash receipts, payment vouchers, warehouse input/output notes, VAT invoices, and other accounting documents in accordance with standard procedures.Deposit daily cash revenue into the company’s bank account as prescribed by company policy.2. Bookkeeping, Debt & Asset ManagementCollect, process, and archive daily accounting data. Verify the validity and accuracy of invoices and supporting documents prior to journal entry.Record and allocate revenue (especially unearned revenue/prepaid tuition fees for academic terms) and operating expenses according to applicable accounting standards.Track and manage outstanding payables and receivables. Liaise with vendors and partners to resolve any emerging issues.Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of stock and fixed assets, reconciling physical counts with general ledger records.Sourcing suppliers and purchasing office supplies, educational materials, and daily operational necessities for the company.3. Tax Reporting, Compliance & Audit SupportPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax), annual tax finalization dossiers, as well as monthly and annual financial statements.Take primary responsibility for filing and archiving accounting, tax, and financial documents, registers, and data, ensuring full compliance and strict confidentiality.Provide explanations and supporting documentations to Tax Authorities, External Auditors, Internal Auditors, and coordinate during regulatory inspections.4. Budgeting, Managerial Reporting & AdvisoryFormulate and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly operating budgets.Prepare financial statements and business performance reports for the Board of Directors.Monitor cost norms/spending limits and propose optimal cost-saving solutions.Advise the Board of Directors on building financial management systems and internal control procedures aligned with legal regulations and the company's business model.5.
