General Accounting & Financial ReportingPerform accounting entries and control daily accounting transactions.Monitor revenue, expenses, receivables/payables, and cash flow across business units within the ecosystem.Prepare periodic financial and management reports as requested by the Board of Directors.Handle tax declarations, tax finalization, and work with tax authorities when necessary.Control the validity and legality of accounting documents and payment dossiers.2. Financial ManagementMonitor sales revenue and reconcile revenue from POS systems, delivery platforms, and payment channels.Control cost of goods sold, raw materials, inventory, and operating expenses.Monitor supplier payables and ensure timely payments.Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability across different business models.3. Project & Event Financial ManagementMonitor budgets, revenue, and expenses for events, exhibitions, workshops, and community activities.Review payment dossiers, contracts, payment requests, and project settlements.Reconcile expenses with suppliers, partners, and relevant parties.Support the preparation of Post-event Financial Reports.4. Other ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Project, and HR teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data.Propose solutions to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and cost management.Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in a General Accountant position.Candidates with experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or Event Agencies are preferred.Experience in monitoring multi-channel revenue, controlling operating expenses, and settling event projects.Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and Vietnamese Accounting Standards.Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as MISA, FAST, or equivalent.Strong data analysis, task management, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and highly responsible.BENEFITSCompetitive salary + quarterly/annual performance bonuses.12 annual leave days, 1 birthday leave day, 1 WFH day per month, and 5 Recovery leave days for Management-level employees.Employee benefits: Social Insurance and premium health insurance (Bao Viet).Company activities: Company trips, team building, Year-End Party (YEP), and training activities.Gifts for special occasions: birthdays, weddings, maternity, etc.Annual performance reviews and promotion opportunities.Other benefits in accordance with company policies.Dynamic, creative, and challenging working environment.Opportunities for professional and personal development.WORKING HOURS & LOCATIONWorking hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMLocation: A Plus Studio Building, 230/18 Pasteur, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
