Team members collaborate closely with clients, contributing to a business-friendly environment and long-term success in the UAE.ResponsibilitiesEnsure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principlesWork closely with team members to assist with the month-end closeAccuracy and conformance with laws.Identify potential areas of opportunity and risk, and provide solutions for businesses and individuals.Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notesResearch and analyze expense variances for company managementVAT & Corp. tax registration, reporting, filling and return.Create clients statements on a monthly basisPreparing Statement of accounts, profit and loss and income statementQualificationsStrong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel).Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.Understanding of UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards is preferred.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify discrepancies.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.Previous experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role, ideally within a corporate or consulting environment.
