• General accounting and bookkeeping: record daily transactions in line with accounting standards and internal policies, maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts, and complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing accurately and on time
• AP and AR: review supplier invoices and process payments for local and overseas vendors, issue sales invoices, follow up on collections, and run regular AP/AR reconciliations
• Bank reconciliation and cash management: reconcile bank accounts daily/monthly, monitor cash flow and bank balances, and report discrepancies to the Finance Manager promptly
• Process improvement: follow SOPs, suggest improvements, and support management reports and other ad-hoc accounting or finance tasksWhat we are looking
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or related roles
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software (SAP B1 is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good English reading and writing (spoken English is a plus)What we offer
