Plan and execute administrative and personnel functions in support of preparing Warriors for Initial Entry Training (IET). The National Guard Bureau, through the national contract Program Manager, will provide general and technical guidance.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRMS Vulcan data entry, shipper quality control, along with reporting and communicating shipper issuesInterview Warriors on administrative, medical, educational, and other topics as neededMonitor Warriors for potential retention issues and make every effort to assist in mitigating those issues or process them for separationAssist in the management of IET ship dates within prescribed timeframes to ensure maximum training seat utilizationProvide qualitative screening to ensure Warrior's are administratively correctCommunicate with the Initial Active-Duty Training (IADT) Manager, MEPS Guidance Counselors, and T2COM ARNG Liaisons regarding IADT Warriors issues. Respond to RMS Vulcan LNO tickets ASAPMaintain the RMS Vulcan Application and perform daily input/reporting to actions relating to Warriors' trainingProvide quality control for all documentation in the Warrior's shipper packetMaintain employment eligibility training/certification requirementsUpload shipper documents into RMS VulcanMonitor Warriors at training using the Army Training Requirements & Resources System (ATRRS) tab in RMS Vulcan for "Pending Actions" and report issuesProvide RMS Vulcan and Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO) reports as needed/requestedMaintain regular and punctual attendanceSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredPossess a current National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) InvestigationMust maintain any necessary security access and/or background checksOne (1) to two (2) years of related experience OR a combination of education to successfully perform the duties of the positionMust have knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Product FamilyDesired Qualifications & SkillsKnowledgeable in Army National Guard enlisted programs and benefitsAbility to work independently with little or no supervision, be well organized and flexibleAbility to interact with a wide variety of staffAbility to deal with confidential informationAbility to reason, analyze and solve problemsRecruiting and Retention or Military Unit Administration is preferredKnowledge of ARNG IET Shipper Quality Control, RMS Vulcan Input, and the administrative processes of Army National Guard is preferredWORK SCHEDULEFull-time.
