With a commitment to providing high-quality dental care to their patients and a supportive, collaborative working environment, we are confident that you will thrive in this role.General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other procedures.Partner with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to provide comprehensive dental care to patients.Stay up-to-date on current dental procedures, technologies, and best practices.Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing and insurance information.Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on their dental health and treatment options.Mentor and supervise junior dentists and other team membersGeneral Dentist Qualifications & Skills Experience in a clinical or private practice setting Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records.Advanced training in specialized dental procedures.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Membership in professional dental associations.Commitment to continuous professional development and education.Experience with dental imaging equipment and other technological tools.DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
