The role involves providing comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing routine check-ups, fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, and cosmetic procedures as appropriate; educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care; and maintaining accurate clinical records. The General Dentist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the center, adhere to infection control and safety standards, and ensure a high level of patient experience and satisfaction.Qualifications Clinical dentistry skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, and basic oral surgery.Strong patient care and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options and educate patients on oral health.Proficiency in using dental equipment and digital dental systems, including radiography and practice management software.Commitment to infection control protocols, clinical quality standards, and evidence-based dental practice.Recognized dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and valid license or eligibility to practice as a General Dentist in Abu Dhabi/UAE.Relevant clinical experience in general dentistry; experience in a multidisciplinary medical or dental center is an advantage.Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to patient care.Continuous learning mindset and willingness to participate in professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
