General Dentist

We’re looking for a General Dentist to join our modern, patient-focused clinic.Role Description:Perform comprehensive dental procedures including but not limited to: restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, scaling and polishing, crown and bridge work, dentures, and teeth whitening.Diagnose oral diseases and create customized treatment plans for patients.Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.Conduct patient examinations and educate them about oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.Communicate treatment plans effectively, addressing patient concerns and answering queries.Provide post-procedure instructions to patients to ensure successful recovery and treatment outcomes.Work closely with the clinic staff, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure seamless patient care.Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to address patient needs and improve clinic operations.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic protocols and practices.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes etc.Assist in the management of dental supplies and inventory.Ensure compliance with clinic policies and local dental regulations.Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.Proactively follow up with patients to monitor progress and encourage continued care.Address patient feedback and work to improve service quality. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS).
