Through individualized care, Bissan Dental strives to create memorable experiences and confident, beautiful smiles for patients and their families.Role Description The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and a full range of restorative and preventive procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and other general dentistry services, while ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role involves educating patients on oral health, discussing treatment options, documenting clinical findings accurately, and collaborating with other clinical staff to deliver coordinated care. The General Dentist will also maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to clinical and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Licensed General Dentist with a recognized dental degree and eligibility for registration to practice in Dubai (DHA or relevant authority).Professional experience in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative treatments, endodontics, basic prosthodontics, and preventive care.Strong patient communication and counseling abilities, with a compassionate approach to alleviating dental anxiety and explaining treatment options clearly.Proficiency in using modern dental equipment, digital imaging, and dental practice management systems.Commitment to continuing education, evidence-based practice, and adherence to clinical, safety, and infection control standards.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and contribute to a patient-centered, service-oriented culture.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage.Experience in family dentistry or working with diverse patient populations is preferred.
