We are proud to support a collaborative, inclusive, and patient-centered care environment.Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join our team. This is a full-scope clinical role focused on providing preventive and restorative dental care to patients of all ages in a community health setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.Deliver preventive and restorative care, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and sealants.Educate patients on oral health practices and hygiene.Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to provide seamless patient care.Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the electronic health record system (we use [insert EHR, e.g., Dentrix or eClinicalWorks]).Follow clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA compliance.Participate in clinical quality improvement and team huddles.May provide supervision to dental assistants or dental hygiene students.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental schoolActive and unrestricted Oregon Dental LicenseCurrent DEA registration and BLS certificationExperience working with diverse or underserved populations preferredCommitment to health equity and integrated team-based careSalary & Benefits:Salary Range: $200,000 – $225,000 annually, DOELoan Repayment: NHSC and Oregon State Loan Repayment Program eligibleBenefits Package Includes:Full medical, dental, and vision coverageGenerous PTO and paid holidays403(b) retirement planCE allowance and paid licensing feesMalpractice coverage (FTCA or private)
