The practice values collaboration among dental professionals and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.Role Description The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive services. Daily responsibilities include performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, periodontal treatments, and basic endodontic care, while educating patients on oral hygiene and long-term dental health. The dentist will review medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic imaging, maintain accurate clinical records, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Collaboration with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff is expected to coordinate patient schedules, manage follow-up care, and ensure a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saipan, CNMI - RELOCATION PROVIDED. US or Canadian licensed Dentist.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative care, preventive treatments, and basic emergency management.Candidates should possess effective patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options, provide education, and build trust with diverse patients.Candidates should possess solid infection control and safety knowledge, including adherence to sterilization procedures and regulatory standards.Candidates should possess good teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff.Candidates should possess strong documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate records, manage treatment plans, and handle time-sensitive tasks.Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution and a valid license, or eligibility for licensure, in the relevant jurisdiction.Experience in a general dental practice setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training and willingness to learn will be considered.Commitment to continuing education, ethical practice, and providing inclusive, non-discriminatory care to all patients.
