The team values clear communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with patients.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Dentist role based in Vineland, NJ. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patient oral health, interpreting diagnostic imaging, administering local anesthesia, and delivering treatments such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and periodontal therapy. The role involves educating patients on treatment options, preventive care, and home oral hygiene, while maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety standards. The General Dentist will collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to support a smooth patient experience and contribute to practice growth.Qualifications Current Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.Active New Jersey dental license (or eligibility to obtain), with good standing and no restrictions.Proficiency in diagnostic and clinical skills, including exams, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions, and basic endodontic and periodontal care.Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options clearly and support patient education and informed decision-making.Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality assurance, and adherence to infection control and OSHA standards.Ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical environment and collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff.Comfort with using dental practice management software and digital imaging systems.Previous experience in general dentistry or completion of a General Practice Residency is preferred but not required.Willingness to participate in continuing education and stay current with advances in clinical dentistry and patient care.
