The General Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and management of dental emergencies. Daily responsibilities include performing exams and consultations, placing and restoring implants as appropriate, collaborating on full-arch rehabilitation cases, and coordinating care with the clinical and administrative teams. The role involves educating patients on treatment options and oral health, documenting care accurately, adhering to clinical and safety protocols, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven practice culture.QualificationsDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school and current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain).Clinical proficiency in general dentistry, including diagnostics, restorative treatments, prosthodontics, preventive care, and management of routine dental emergencies.Experience or strong interest in implant dentistry and full-arch rehabilitation; familiarity with treatment planning and execution of complex restorative cases is highly beneficial.Commitment to patient-centered care, including strong communication skills, clear patient education, and the ability to build trust with diverse patient populations.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-location practice setting, demonstrating accountability, reliability, and adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.Comfort with using modern dental technologies, digital imaging, and electronic health records to support accurate diagnosis and efficient workflows.Willingness to participate in continuous learning, professional development, and practice growth initiatives aligned with the organization’s performance-driven culture.
