The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to exceptional dental care. You will practice comprehensive dentistry, while guiding and inspiring a team that is eager to grow with you. We would love to see you expand the services offered in the office, including bringing in-house procedures that are currently referred out.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESDiagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practicesPerform comprehensive general dentistry proceduresLead, mentor, and support the clinical team to deliver excellent patient experiencesEducate patients on oral health and treatment optionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staffUphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standardsQualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited dental programActive Utah dental licenseStrong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilitiesLeadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to patient-centered careBenefitsFirst six months: a negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater.After six months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month, and 35% of collections on everything over $50,000 per month.Health, life, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off$2,000 Continuing Education StipendHow To ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply now!
