The clinic values professional development, ethical practice, and clear communication, and encourages ongoing learning to maintain high clinical standards.Role Description The General Dentist is responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a wide range of clinical procedures. Day-to-day tasks include performing restorative treatments (such as fillings, crowns, and bridges), managing periodontal conditions, providing preventive services, and overseeing routine and emergency dental care. The role also involves educating patients on oral health, discussing treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining accurate, detailed clinical records. The dentist will collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Qualifications Licensed General Dentist with a recognized dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Proficiency in general dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic endodontic and periodontal therapies.Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with diverse patient populations.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.Good organizational skills, including time management, accurate documentation, and efficient patient flow management.Commitment to continuing education, staying current with dental advances, and integrating evidence-based practices into daily work.Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in general dentistry; familiarity with digital dental records and modern dental technologies is an advantage.
