The clinic is growing and seeks professionals who value quality, ethics, and continuous learning.Role Description The General Dentist will provide full-scope dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic treatments. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and scaling, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection control protocols, collaborating with other clinicians, and contributing to a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based at DERMADENT Skin and Dental Clinic in Dubai, requiring consistent presence during clinic operating hours and participation in scheduled appointments and case discussions.Qualifications Licensed General Dentist with a recognized dental degree (BDS, DDS, or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Dubai; DHA license or eligibility strongly preferred.Clinical proficiency in diagnosis, restorative dentistry, preventive care, minor oral surgery, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures.Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options, obtain informed consent, and provide clear post-treatment instructions.Commitment to strict infection control, clinical safety protocols, and evidence-based practice.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and respect for colleagues and patients.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage appointment schedules and maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation.Prior experience in a private clinic setting and familiarity with dental practice management software are beneficial.Ongoing interest in professional development, including attending relevant courses and staying current with advances in dental materials and techniques.
