We are looking for a dentist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience in Dubai, strong general dentistry skills, and the ability to build patient trust while delivering high-quality dental care.The ideal candidate should be confident in handling routine dental procedures, developing appropriate treatment plans, and maintaining professional relationships with patients. Experience or additional skills in cosmetic dentistry, veneers, and dentures will be considered a strong advantage.Please note: This is strictly a commission-only opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Candidates must be comfortable working under a performance-based remuneration structure and available to work six days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive dental examinations, consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.Perform general dentistry procedures, including restorative fillings, scaling and polishing, routine extractions, and root canal treatments, within the scope of clinical privileges.Assess patients' oral health conditions and recommend suitable, ethical, and cost-effective treatment options.Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, associated risks, and aftercare instructions to patients.Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, treatment plans, and consent documentation.Follow DHA regulations, infection-control standards, patient-safety requirements, and clinic protocols.Ensure appropriate follow-up care and maintain continuity of treatment.Build patient confidence through professional communication, ethical clinical recommendations, and excellent patient service.Support patient retention and clinic growth by delivering a positive patient experience.Work collaboratively with the reception, nursing, and management teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.Maintain professional conduct and adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations.Preferred Clinical SkillsCandidates with experience or knowledge in the following areas will have an advantage:Cosmetic Dentistry: Smile enhancement consultations, aesthetic treatment planning, and cosmetic restorative procedures.Dental Veneers: Case assessment, patient counselling, treatment planning, and familiarity with veneer procedures.Dentures: Assessment of patients with missing teeth, complete and partial denture treatment planning, and prosthetic rehabilitation.Restorative Dentistry: Direct restorations and management of routine restorative cases.General Dentistry: Scaling and polishing, extractions, fillings, and root canal treatments.The ability to assess cosmetic cases confidently and communicate treatment options effectively will be considered an added advantage.Mandatory RequirementsValid DHA licence or eligibility to practise as a General Dentist in Dubai, subject to applicable DHA requirements.Minimum one year of clinical work experience in Dubai is mandatory.Must hold their own valid UAE residence visa.Must be willing to work on a 100% commission-only basis, with no fixed monthly salary.Must be available to work six days per week.Must be available for immediate joining.Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse patient base.Strong clinical judgement, ethical treatment planning, and patient-management skills.A professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality patient care.Compensation StructureRemuneration will be based entirely on an agreed commission structure.No fixed monthly salary is offered for this position.Commission percentage, applicable collections, payment arrangements, and other terms will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before joining.Candidates must be comfortable with a performance-based compensation model.Working ScheduleSix working days per week.Working hours and shift arrangements will be communicated during the interview.Immediate availability is preferred.Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit their updated CV and include the following details in their application:Current DHA licence status.Total clinical experience and years of experience in Dubai.Current UAE visa status.Experience in veneers, dentures, and cosmetic dentistry.Current availability and earliest joining date.Confirmation of willingness to work six days per week on a commission-only basis.To apply: Please share your updated CV to 056 166 7466
