Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time – Commission Basis OnlyWorking Days: Sunday to FridayWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PMWeekly Off: SaturdayJoining: ImmediateAbout the RoleRuh Al Barsha Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and versatile General Dentist with strong clinical skills in wisdom tooth extraction, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments (RCTs), and teeth whitening.We are looking for a confident clinician who can independently manage a broad range of general and cosmetic dental cases while providing excellent patient care and treatment planning.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning.Perform wisdom tooth extractions and other dental extractions within the approved scope of practice.Assess impacted, partially erupted and complicated wisdom tooth cases and appropriately refer cases requiring specialist management.Perform Root Canal Treatments (RCTs) for suitable cases within the dentist's approved clinical scope.Provide cosmetic and aesthetic dental treatments, including:Teeth whiteningVeneersCosmetic restorationsSmile enhancement treatmentsComposite bonding where clinically appropriateProvide general dental treatments including:Fillings and restorationsScaling and polishingCrowns and bridgesDenturesEmergency dental treatmentPreventive and restorative dentistryDevelop comprehensive treatment plans and clearly communicate available treatment options to patients.Provide appropriate post-treatment and post-extraction instructions and follow-up care.Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.Comply with DHA requirements, infection-control standards and clinic policies.Work collaboratively with specialists, nurses, reception and management.Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, patient care and confidentiality.Candidate RequirementsValid DHA licence/eligibility as a General Dentist.Fluent in Arabic – mandatory.Good command of English.Strong experience in wisdom tooth extraction.Confident in performing Root Canal Treatments (RCTs).Experience in cosmetic dentistry and smile enhancement treatments.Experience in professional teeth whitening.Strong general dentistry and restorative skills.Excellent patient communication and treatment-presentation skills.Comfortable managing emergency dental appointments.Able to work Sunday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Immediate joiner preferred.CompensationThis is a commission-only position with no fixed monthly salary.Remuneration will be based on an agreed percentage of eligible clinical production in accordance with the clinic's commission structure and applicable policies.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in an all-round General Dentist who is confident across multiple areas of dentistry rather than being limited to routine general dental procedures.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in:Wisdom Tooth Extractions
