Location: Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAEWorking Days: Sunday to FridayWeekly Off: SaturdayWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PMJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredAbout the RoleRuh Al Barsha Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist with strong experience in wisdom tooth extraction to join our growing dental team on a commission-only basis.The ideal candidate should be clinically confident, particularly in managing wisdom tooth extraction cases, and should be fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive dental consultations, examinations and diagnosis.Perform wisdom tooth extractions, including routine and appropriately complex cases within the dentist's approved scope of practice.Assess impacted, partially erupted and symptomatic wisdom teeth and determine the appropriate treatment approach.Identify cases requiring referral to an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.Provide general dental treatments within the scope of the DHA-approved licence.Develop appropriate treatment plans and explain treatment options, risks, benefits and costs to patients.Provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative instructions.Manage dental emergencies and urgent dental cases where clinically appropriate.Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes and treatment documentation.Follow DHA requirements, infection-control procedures and all clinic policies.Coordinate effectively with dental assistants, nurses, specialists and administrative staff.Maintain high standards of patient care, professionalism and patient confidentiality.Contribute to patient retention, treatment acceptance and overall clinic growth.Mandatory RequirementsValid DHA licence or DHA eligibility as a General Dentist.Proven clinical experience in wisdom tooth extraction.Strong general dentistry experience.Fluent Arabic speaking ability – mandatory.Good English communication skills.Excellent patient communication and chairside manner.Ability to independently assess and manage appropriate wisdom tooth extraction cases.Professional, ethical and patient-focused approach.Immediate availability / immediate joining preferred.Working ScheduleThe selected candidate will be required to follow the clinic's scheduled working hours:Sunday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PMSaturday: Weekly OffThe work schedule is determined by clinic management.
