General Field Operator (Coiled Tubing)

JOB PURPOSE:Responsible for maintaining and operating Coiled Tubing and Stimulation equipment as per company procedures and standards, to ensure that this equipment is always in safe and proper working condition. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:OperationsOperating and maintaining low-pressure and high-pressure pumping equipment, including fluid and N2 pumping.Operating and maintaining Coiled Tubing Equipment and Data Acquisition System.Rig-up & rig-down of TAQA Coiled Tubing PackageMaintaining assigned Coiled Tubing Package with container and PCE trailerUtilizing basic downhole toolsPipe managementPerforming standalone pumping and pressure testing jobs.Communication & CoordinationMaintain package documentation as required by TAQA Coiled Tubing standards and standard operating procedures.Ensure all jobs are performed as per Scope of Work and in accordance with TAQA relevant documents.Workforce DevelopmentMentor and train operators.Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresFollow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSE)Adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions, and controls so that TAQA provides a safe, best in class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement across one’s scope of work in order to achieve the Group’s mission, vision and strategy.Change ManagementManage self during a change and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.Education / Qualifications:Required: High School DiplomaPreferred: Relevant industrial training, preferably in HydraulicsExperience:Required: 15+ years Oil & Gas or 10+ years Coiled Tubing SpecificSkills: Preferred : Good English & Arabic speaking, writing, and typing abilities.Mandatory: Good Computer Skills
