Accounting Officer - General LedgerJob SummaryThe Accounting Officer supports the Accounting Manager in timely and accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, and budget preparation. The role prepares balance sheet schedules, cash flow projections, and variance analyses, and helps generate management reports. It also assists internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and coordinating document submissions.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle month-end closing tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, schedules)Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliationPrepare financial statements and management reportsAnalyze income statement results and variances vs budget and prior yearAssist in internal and external audit requirementsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in AccountancyWith general accounting / GL and month-end closing experience at least 3 yearsFamiliar with financial statements and reconciliationsProficient in Excel; SAP experience is a plusNote: BSA graduate with hands-on month-end closing and GL experience; CPA is preferred but not required.Must be willing to work in Paranaque.
