Job Title: Manager – General LedgerLocation: Gurgaon Experience: 4-8 YearsCTC: Depending on experienceRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Manager – Finance to oversee fixed assets accounting, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The role requires strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:· Manage Fixed Assets Accounting including capitalization, retirement, movement, and AUC· Support monthly balance sheet review with CFO / Dy. CFO· Handle monthly closing and group reporting (HFM)· Prepare and manage group insurance-related templates· Assist in statutory audits to ensure timely and smooth closure· Coordinate annual physical verification of fixed assets with external vendors· Oversee quarterly inventory verification processes· Handle prepaid accounting with accuracy and compliance (SAP preferred)Key Requirements:· 4-8 years of experience in finance and accounting· Strong expertise in fixed assets accounting and financial reporting· Experience in monthly closing, audits, and compliance· Good stakeholder management and coordination skills· Proficiency in HFM / ERP systems preferred
