General Maintenance Technician / Handyman

We are looking for an experienced General Maintenance Technician / Handyman to handle ongoing maintenance work across residential apartments and properties in Dubai.The ideal candidate should be practical, reliable, and experienced across multiple maintenance areas—not limited to just one trade.Responsibilities include:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Water heater replacement, installation, and troubleshooting
• Changing taps, mixers, sinks, toilets, pipes, and fittings
• Electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs
• Replacing lights, bulbs, switches, sockets, and fixtures
• General apartment maintenance and repairs
• Minor painting, drilling, mounting, sealing, and finishing work
• Identifying maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
• Attending different properties when maintenance is required
• Keeping tools, materials, and completed work organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in general property or building maintenance
• Good knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical work
• Experience working with residential apartments is preferred
• Able to diagnose problems and work independently
• Good workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and able to respond when maintenance is needed
• UAE experience is preferred
