General Manager - Car Rental

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of our growing car rental business in Riyadh. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in fleet management, operational excellence, business development, and revenue growth within the car rental industry.If you are passionate about building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and driving business success, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business plans to increase market share, drive growth, and maximize profitability.Oversee all daily operations, including fleet management, logistics, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and compliance.Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key partners, and stakeholders.Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective cost-control measures.Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, industry standards, and company policies.RequirementsMinimum 13 years of senior leadership experience within the car rental industry.Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.Demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field
