We are looking for a hands-on business leader who understands how to run a private medical center as a business — from team and patient experience to revenue, conversion, P&L and growth.The RoleAs the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Dubai clinic.You will work closely with the owners and senior management team to build an efficient, profitable and scalable operation.Your scope will include:* Full operational management of the clinic* Revenue and P&L ownership* Sales performance and patient conversion* Management and development of the clinic team* Patient journey and service quality* KPI development and performance management* Budgeting, forecasting and cost control* Increasing revenue and improving clinic profitability* Development of new revenue streams and services* Recruitment, motivation and performance management of key employees* Coordination between doctors, administrators, sales and support functions* Optimization of internal processes and workflows* Compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and DHA requirements* Cooperation with external consultants, suppliers and partners* Reporting to the owners / senior managementWhat We Are Looking ForWe are specifically looking for a candidate with real management experience in a medical center, clinic or private healthcare business in Dubai or the UAE.You should have a strong understanding of both operations and commercial performance.Relevant backgrounds may include:* General Manager* Clinic Manager* Medical Center Manager* Operations Director* Operations Manager* Business Unit Manager* Commercial Director* Revenue Director* Healthcare Business Development DirectorThe title is not important.
