As we continue expanding our presence in the UAE and GCC markets, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our business operations, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's business strategy to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.Lead and oversee daily business operations across sales, marketing, finance, HR, administration, and supply chain.Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a strong company culture.Develop B2B sales channels and establish long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence across the UAE and GCC region.Establish operational policies, KPIs, and management systems to improve organizational efficiency.Prepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.Report directly to shareholders/owners on business performance, strategic initiatives, and operational progress.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a General Manager, Business Director, or similar leadership role.Experience in the automotive aftermarket, automotive accessories, PPF, window film, automotive detailing, or related industries is highly preferred.Proven track record in business development, sales management, and organizational leadership.Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Familiarity with UAE business practices and labor regulations.Fluent in English.
