We’re Hiring: General Manager – Luxury Beauty Lounge | DubaiWe are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury beauty lounge in Dubai and seeking an experienced, commercially driven General Manager to lead its operations and continued growth.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines commercial expertise with operational excellence, luxury guest service and exceptional team leadership.Key responsibilities:• Lead daily operations and manage a multicultural team of 20+ professionals• Drive revenue growth, profitability, client retention and retail sales• Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience and manage VIP relationships• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory and performance• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and labour regulationsCandidate requirements:• 7–10+ years’ experience in a luxury salon, five-star hotel spa or premium beauty facility• Minimum three years’ senior leadership experience in the UAE• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ employees• Strong commercial and operational leadership capabilities• Fluent English is required• Professional proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian would be an advantage due to the lounge’s diverse VIP clientele• Experience with Zenoti, Fresha or Phorest is preferredCompensation: AED 17,000–25,000 per monthPerformance incentive: 1%–3% of quarterly net revenueInterested candidates may apply via email on - recruitment@jhsglobe.com with their updated CV, expected salary and availability.Please apply only if you have relevant UAE leadership experience within the luxury beauty, salon or spa industry.
