General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Oil Laboratory to lead the laboratory’s overall operations, business growth, technical performance, and financial results.Key Responsibilities• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the Oil Laboratory.• Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.• Manage laboratory operations, quality, technical services, and customer satisfaction.• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.• Lead, develop, and motivate the laboratory team.• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs, and revenue growth.• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.• Represent the laboratory with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Science, Business Administration, or a related field.• 13+ years of relevant experience, including senior management experience in laboratories, oil testing, petroleum, or related industries.• Strong knowledge of oil analysis, laboratory operations, quality systems, and ISO/IEC 17025.• Proven experience in business development, financial management, and team leadership.• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
