General Manager

We are hiring a General Manager to lead our logistics operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership position, equivalent to Director level, responsible for full P&L ownership, business growth, and end-to-end operational leadership across the Kingdom.Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L responsibility for Saudi Arabia operations, driving revenue, profitability, and cost efficiencyLead and manage all logistics and freight forwarding functions including sales, operations, customer service, and complianceDrive business development and commercial strategy to grow market share and client base across the KingdomBuild and manage relationships with key clients, vendors, customs authorities, and regulatory bodiesLead, mentor, and manage the country team across commercial, operations, and finance functionsEnsure compliance with Saudi labor law, customs regulations, and local business practicesRepresent the company with government bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholdersMonitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities within Saudi ArabiaReport directly to regional/global leadership on business performance and strategyRequirementsMandatory prior work experience in Saudi Arabia within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industryFluency in Arabic language is mandatory20+ years of overall experience in logistics/freight forwarding, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years in a senior leadership / country head / GM level roleProven experience managing full P&L, revenue targets, and profitabilityEstablished network and relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies within Saudi ArabiaStrong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic planning skillsGraduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldWhat We OfferSenior leadership role with full country ownership and autonomyCompetitive compensation package commensurate with Director/GM level seniorityOpportunity to lead and grow operations in a key strategic marketDirect reporting line to regional/global leadership
