General Manager – Car Rental Industry | RiyadhWe are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of our growing car rental business in Riyadh. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in fleet management, sales growth, revenue performance, and operational excellence within the car rental industry.Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability 🔹 Lead sales strategy and business development to expand corporate accounts, fleet contracts, and new revenue streams 🔹 Oversee all daily operations — fleet management, logistics, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and compliance 🔹 Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence 🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key partners, and stakeholders 🔹 Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive effective cost-control measures 🔹 Analyze market trends and identify new growth and business opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning 🔹 Ensure full adherence to Saudi regulations, industry standards, and company policiesRequirements: Minimum 13 years of senior leadership experience within the car rental industry Proven track record of driving sales growth, fleet expansion, and revenue performance Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market, regulatory requirements, and industry trends Demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field
