The CompanyGlobe 24-7 in partnership with a leading mining company, is seeking a Saudi General Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The successful candidate should have experience in developing business and overseeing operations in geoscience and mining consultancy and engineering sector.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HQ teams and corporate functions to provide valuable insights into markettrends and competitive positioning. Develop business opportunities in areas of geosciences and mining consultancy andengineering. Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure theircompletion. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales,profitability, and market share. Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively. Manage all available P&L levers, both on the revenue and cost side, to ensure committedyearly financial goals are achieved. Manage bank accounts. Represent the Company before the relevant Authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Key Requirements Excellent business development skills Excellent knowledge of Saudi mining and construction sectors Proven success in a managerial role Strong decision-making ability Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable Strong working knowledge of operational procedures Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering; and MBA would be an assetThe RewardsThe position offers a competitive remuneration package.Contact UsPlease apply directly by submitting your resume, preferably as a Microsoft Word document
