The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale MEP projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Provide strategic leadership and overall management of MEP operations.🔹 Oversee project execution from design coordination through handover.🔹 Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control across all MEP projects🔹 Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.🔹 Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.🔹 Drive business development and support tendering/bidding processes.Requirements:✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field✅ 15+ years of experience in MEP contracting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.✅ Strong knowledge of UAE construction market, codes, and regulations✅ Proven experience managing large-scale commercial/residential/infrastructure MEP projects✅ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills✅ UAE experience is mandatory📩 Interested candidates can directly via LinkedIn.
